Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups for clients in our eating disorder treatment programs. In this role, you will co-facilitate evidence-based, recovery-focused groups, support individualized treatment goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will document sessions, monitor client engagement, and promote a safe, trauma‑informed, and inclusive environment. Facilitate and co-facilitate structured therapeutic groups for eating disorder clients
Implement evidence-based group interventions aligned with individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely group documentation in accordance with policy and regulation
Monitor client engagement, safety, and progress during groups, escalating concerns as needed
Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, nurses, and other team members on client care
Support a trauma-informed, inclusive, and recovery-focused milieu
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training
Educate clients on coping skills, relapse prevention, and healthy behaviors
Group therapy facilitation

Trauma-informed care training preferred
